Item 3 of section 164(1) of the Code on Social Security, 2020 repeals it. S.O. 5319(E) of 21 November 2025 left item 3 out; its corrigendum S.O. 5936(E) of 19 December 2025 brings section 164(1) into force except what S.O. 2060(E) of 3 May 2023 lists at serial (vi), and Omnikit has not read S.O. 2060(E). Its Gazette copy of 1952 was not located.
