Section 69(1) of the Code on Wages, 2019 repeals it; S.O. 5322(E) of 21 November 2025 brought section 69 into force except what S.O. 4604(E) of 18 December 2020 lists at serial number 3, which Omnikit has not read. Its Gazette copy of 1948 was not located.
