CUANDO SE DECLARE TERMINADO UN CONTRATO DE TRABAJO CON RESPONSABILIDAD PARA EL PATRONO, O CUANDO EL TRABAJADOR FUERE DESPEDIDO DE HECHO SIN CAUSA LEGAL, ANTES DEL DÍA DOCE DE DICIEMBRE, EL TRABAJADOR TENDRÁ DERECHO A QUE SE LE PAGUE LA REMUNERACIÓN DE LOS DÍAS QUE, DE MANERA PROPORCIONAL AL TIEMPO TRABAJADO, LE CORRESPONDA EN CONCEPTO DE AGUINALDO.
