Art. 155[3]. § 1. Przy ustalaniu wymiaru urlopu na podstawie art. 155[1] i 155[2] niepełny dzień urlopu zaokrągla się w górę do pełnego dnia. § 2. Wymiar urlopu należny pracownikowi w danym roku kalendarzowym nie może przekroczyć wymiaru wynikającego z art. 154 § 1 i 2.
