Reorder, rotate, duplicate and delete PDF pages with thumbnails
Processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Updated on 24 Oct 2026.Reordering a PDF by dragging thumbnails is far quicker than describing page moves to software. Move pages, rotate them, duplicate or delete them, then save the result. One file of up to 2,000 pages, rearranged on your device with nothing uploaded.
Press Select a PDF, or drop the PDF onto the page to see every page as a thumbnail.
Drag pages into the new order, or use Reverse order for the whole document.
Select pages to turn them Left or Right, Copy them, or press Delete selected.
Press Save PDF, then Download the reorganised file.
Organize PDF shows every page of a PDF as a thumbnail and lets you put the document in order before you save it. Drag pages to move them, turn a page left or right, copy a page, delete the ones you do not need, or rotate every page at once. A line above the grid counts what you changed, and the download is a new PDF; your original file is not altered.
People use it to fix a scan where one page came out sideways, to strip the blank backs out of a double-sided scan, to move an annexure to the end of an agreement, and to reverse a stack that went through the scanner last page first. Shift-click selects a run of pages so the toolbar can turn, copy or delete them together.
Pages are copied into the new file, not redrawn as pictures, so text stays sharp and searchable and nothing is re-compressed. A turn is written into the page itself and shows the same in every viewer. Deleted pages are left out of the new file entirely, and a copy shares the original page's content, so duplicating adds almost nothing to the size. Links and form fields stay on the first copy of a page only, and bookmarks and fillable form behaviour are not carried over to the new file.
Everything runs on your device, so the file is never uploaded. One PDF at a time, up to 100 MB and 2,000 pages. A password-protected PDF asks for its password inline, and the saved copy has no password; add one again with Protect PDF. To join several files use Merge PDF; to make one smaller use Compress PDF.
Open the PDF on this page and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag a page to its new place, or focus it and press the arrow keys. Shift-click selects several pages so they move together. When the order is right, click Save and download the new PDF. No account and no upload.
No. The PDF is opened and rebuilt in your browser on your own device, so contracts, statements and ID scans never leave your computer or phone. That is also why large files open without waiting for an upload.
Use the left or right arrow on that page's thumbnail, or focus the page and press R to turn it right or L to turn it left. Rotate all turns every page at once. The turn is saved into the file, so the page shows the right way up in every viewer, and the text stays sharp.
Yes. Click the pages you do not need to tick them, shift-click to tick a whole run, then press Delete selected. The deleted pages are left out of the new file entirely. A PDF needs at least one page, so the last page cannot be deleted.
No. Pages are copied as they are, never turned into images or re-compressed, so text, drawings and photos keep their original quality. Bookmarks and fillable form fields are not carried over, and a duplicated page keeps its links only on the first copy.
One PDF at a time, up to 100 MB and 2,000 pages, including any copies you add. A password-protected PDF can be organized if you know its password; the saved copy has no password, so use Protect PDF afterwards if it needs one.
