Draw, type or upload your signature and place it on any page
Processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Updated on 25 Oct 2026.Signing a PDF usually means printing it, signing it, and scanning it back in. Draw your signature instead, type it, or upload one, then place it on any page and save. One file of up to 2,000 pages, signed on your device.
Press Select a PDF, or drop the document onto the page; it stays on your device.
Make your signature on the Draw, Type or Upload tab, and turn on Add today's date if needed.
Click the page where it belongs, drag it into place and pull the corner to resize it.
Choose This page, Every page or Chosen pages under Sign, then press Sign and save and download.
Sign PDF puts your signature on a PDF without printing, signing and scanning it back. Draw it with a mouse or a finger, type your name, or upload a picture of your real signature, then click the page where it belongs. Drag it into place, resize it from the corner, add today's date beside it if the form asks, and download the signed copy.
People use it for the paperwork that only needs a mark: a rental agreement sent by a landlord, a consent form from a school, an offer letter to return, a vendor form, a leave application. You can put the same signature on every page, which suits agreements that want initials or a signature at the foot of each sheet, or name the pages yourself with a range such as 1-3, 5, 8- when only some of them need signing.
This is a visual e-signature: a picture of your signature on the page, the same as signing a printout. It is not a certificate-based digital signature. It does not prove who signed, and it cannot replace a DSC, Aadhaar eSign or PAdES signature where a form demands one. If the PDF already carries a digital signature, adding anything will show that signature as changed; the tool warns you before you start.
Everything happens in your browser, so the document and your signature never leave your device. Typed names use Times Italic, one of the fonts built into every PDF reader, which covers English and Western European letters; for other scripts, draw or upload instead. PDFs up to 100 MB and 2,000 pages work. A protected PDF asks for its password, and the signed copy is saved without it.
Add the PDF, then draw your signature with a mouse or finger, type your name, or upload a photo of your signature. Click the page where it should go, drag it into place, resize it from the corner handle, and download. The whole thing takes under a minute and needs no printer or scanner.
No, not in the certificate-based sense. What you get is a visual e-signature: a picture of your signature placed on the page, with the same standing as signing a printout. Many everyday documents accept that. A DSC, Aadhaar eSign or PAdES signature proves identity cryptographically, and where a law, a bank or a government portal asks for one, this cannot replace it.
No. The PDF is opened, the signature is drawn and the signed file is saved inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is stored after you close the tab, which matters for contracts, ID proofs and anything with your handwriting on it.
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP picture of it. Switch on "Remove white background" and the paper around the ink turns transparent, so only the signature sits on the page. A PNG that is already transparent is used as it is. Crop the photo close to the signature for the best result.
Yes. Switch on "Add today's date", pick a format such as 11/09/2026 or 11 Sep 2026, and choose whether it goes under the signature or to its right. The date uses your device's calendar and moves with the signature when you drag it.
Both. Place the signature once, then choose This page, Every page, or Chosen pages and type a range such as 1-3, 5, 8-. Pages of another size get the signature in the same relative spot, kept inside the page, and one save covers every page you picked.
PDF par signature banaye: draw it with a mouse or finger, type your name, or upload a photo of your real signature. Click the page where it belongs, drag it into place, resize it from the corner and download. What you get is a visual e-signature, not a certificate-based DSC or Aadhaar eSign.
