Print 2, 4 or more PDF pages on one sheet, or as a folded booklet
Processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Updated on 25 Oct 2026.Multiple pages per sheet from one PDF: 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 16, or a booklet in folding order with blank pages added to reach a multiple of 4. A 10-page PDF at 4 per sheet prints on 3 sheets. Pages are placed as real PDF pages, so text stays sharp, and the file is never uploaded.

Two jobs the print shop does every day, done before the PDF reaches the printer.
Several pages to a sheet. Choose 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 16. The sheet is turned whichever way lets the pages come out largest: two portrait pages side by side on a landscape sheet, four in a two-by-two grid on a portrait one. Each page keeps its shape and is centred in its space, with a margin round the sheet and a gap between pages. Borders are optional.
A booklet. Tick Booklet and the pages are put in saddle-stitch order: two to each side of the paper, arranged so that when the sheets are printed on both sides, stacked and folded in half, the booklet reads in order. The page count is made up to a multiple of four with blank pages at the end. Print double-sided and flip on the short edge; the preview shows the front and back of the first sheet so you can check before printing.
Sharp, not scanned. The pages are placed as PDF pages, not turned into pictures, so text stays crisp and selectable and the file stays small. A scanned page that the PDF marks as rotated is turned the way a PDF reader shows it.
A PDF with a password needs unlocking first. Nothing is uploaded: the PDF is read and rewritten in your browser.
Drop the PDF, choose 4 under Pages per sheet and download. The pages are placed two by two on a portrait sheet, each centred and at the same scale, so a 10-page PDF prints on 3 sheets. Print the new PDF normally, one page per sheet.
Tick Booklet and download. The pages are put in folding order, two to each side of the paper, with blank pages added to reach a multiple of four. Print double-sided, flipping on the short edge, then stack the sheets and fold them in half.
The pages are in folding order. On an eight-page booklet the first side carries pages 8 and 1, its back pages 2 and 7, the next side 6 and 3, and its back 4 and 5. Once the printed sheets are stacked and folded, the booklet reads 1 to 8 in order.
Yes. The pages are placed as real PDF pages, not pictures, so text stays vector and prints as sharply as the printer allows, even at a quarter of its original size. The file also stays close to the original's size.
A4, A3 and US Letter. The sheet turns to landscape or portrait by itself, whichever gives the pages the most room. A3 is useful for a booklet of A4 pages, since each side then holds two full-size pages.
No. The PDF is read and the new one written inside your browser, on your own device. A PDF with a password needs unlocking first with Unlock PDF, and nothing is sent anywhere at any point.
