SSS. SSS Circular 2024-006, in force since January 2025, sets the contribution at 15% of the Monthly Salary Credit (MSC): 10% from the employer and 5% from the employee. The MSC follows the monthly compensation in steps of ₱500, from ₱5,000 for pay below ₱5,250 to ₱35,000 for pay of ₱34,750 and more. Up to ₱20,000 it funds the Regular Social Security program; the part above goes to the employee's own Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) account. The employer also pays Employees' Compensation: ₱10 below an MSC of ₱15,000 and ₱30 from it.
PhilHealth. The premium is 5% of the monthly basic salary, shared equally, counted on at least ₱10,000 and at most ₱100,000. So the employee pays between ₱250 and ₱2,500 a month. PhilHealth's latest table covers 2024 to 2025 and none newer has been issued, so the calculator applies it in 2026 and says so.
