Color Picker from Image reads the exact colour of any pixel in a photo or screenshot. Click a spot and you get its HEX code, RGB and HSL values, each one click from your clipboard. A magnifier follows your pointer and shows the pixels around it enlarged, so you can pick a thin line or a single dot of a logo without guessing.
Designers use it to match a brand colour from a logo file, developers to copy the exact background of a screenshot into CSS, and people decorating a room to find the shade of a wall or fabric in a photo. Underneath the image, a palette lists the main colours of the whole picture, most common first, with how much of the image each one covers. You can copy one colour or the whole palette as a list or as CSS variables.
Everything happens in your browser, so the image is never uploaded. Screenshots can be pasted with Ctrl+V. Colours from a photo depend on the lighting when it was taken and on your screen, so treat a picked paint colour as a starting point and check it against a real sample.

No. The picture is read in your browser on your own device, and the colours are worked out there too. Nothing is sent to a server, so screenshots of private work are safe to use.
The palette appears under the image as soon as it loads. It lists the main colours, most common first, with the share of the picture each one covers. Choose how many colours you want, then copy the palette as HEX, RGB, HSL or CSS variables.
HEX, RGB and HSL describe the same colour in different ways. HEX, like #2B59F5, is the short code used in CSS and most design apps. RGB gives the red, green and blue amounts from 0 to 255. HSL gives hue, saturation and lightness, which is handy for making lighter or darker versions of a colour.
