Compress, resize, convert and rework pictures in your browser
Everything here runs in your browser. Files are never uploaded. Most picture problems are one of four things: the file is too big, the dimensions are wrong, the format is not accepted, or it needs to become a document. Each of those has its own tool here, and all of them work on your own device, so family photos and photographs of documents are never uploaded to anyone.
"File too large." Compress the image. You can aim at a target size, such as under 100 KB, which is what exam and visa portals usually ask for.
"Dimensions must be 35 x 45 mm." Resize it. The passport preset does the millimetre-to-pixel arithmetic for you at print resolution.
"Format not supported." Convert it. iPhone photos are HEIC, which many sites reject, so HEIC to JPG solves most of these on its own.
"Upload your documents as a single PDF." Use Image to PDF, and choose how many photos share a page.
Crop Image cuts to a shape, a ratio such as 1:1, or exact pixels. Rotate and Flip Image turns a photo by 90, 180 or any angle and mirrors it, which is the fix for a phone picture that everyone but you sees sideways. Remove Background cuts the subject out and saves a PNG with nothing behind it, for a product photo or a profile picture. Watermark Image stamps text or a logo, placed or tiled, across as many photos at once as you like. Color Picker from Image reads the exact HEX, RGB and HSL of any pixel and shows the main colours of a photograph, which is how you match a design to a photo instead of guessing.
Every step that re-saves a photo loses a little detail, so do the work once: resize and compress in a single pass rather than repeatedly. Each tool shows the before and after so you can see exactly what you are trading away.

No. Images are processed by your own browser, which is why the tools start instantly even with large files.
Use Compress Image in target-size mode and type 100. If the photo is very large in pixels, turn on resizing as well so the quality does not have to drop as far.
