File yahan daaliye: har event ek row ban jaata hai, jisme title, shuru aur khatam hone ki date aur time, jagah, description aur log alag column me hote hain. Chahe to saare time ek hi time zone me badal sakte hain. Kuch bhi upload nahi hota.

An .ics file is how Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar export events. It is text, but not a table: each event is a block of lines such as DTSTART;TZID=Europe/Berlin:20261017T093000, which a spreadsheet cannot sort or filter.
| iCalendar | Column |
|---|---|
| SUMMARY | Title |
| DTSTART, DTEND or DURATION | Start date, Start time, End date, End time, Duration (minutes) |
| TZID, a trailing Z, or neither | Time zone (a zone name, UTC, or floating) |
| LOCATION, DESCRIPTION | Location, Description (line breaks kept) |
| ORGANIZER, ATTENDEE | Organizer, Attendees, as "Name " |
| RRULE | Repeats, in words: "Weekly on Mon, Wed, 10 times" |
All-day events show their real last day. The file stores the day after the event ends, so a 24-26 December holiday is written with an end of the 27th; the table says the 26th and marks it All day.

Drop the .ics file on ICS to CSV Converter. Every event is read in your browser and a preview shows the first rows with title, start, end and location. Press Download CSV or Download Excel to save one row per event, ready to sort and filter in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
In Google Calendar on a computer, open Settings, Import and export, then Export. Google saves a zip with one .ics file per calendar. Unzip it, drop the .ics files here together and press Download Excel: the Calendar column says which calendar each event came from.
Times are shown as written in the file unless you choose a time zone. A meeting stored in UTC, which Google often does, appears in UTC. Choose your own zone under Times and every event that belongs to a zone moves into it, with daylight saving applied.
No. The .ics files are read by your own browser and the CSV or Excel file is made on your device. Meeting titles, attendees and places never reach a server, and nothing is kept after you close the tab.
