Check the first day of the week, the paper (A4 or US Letter) and portrait or landscape.
Add public holidays for the United States, Germany, France or Poland, and lines for notes, if you want them.
Press Download PDF to save it, or Print to send it straight to your printer.
This tool draws a clean month grid with the month and year at the top, the weekday names along the first row and a box for every day, large enough to write in. Press Print to send it to your printer, or Download PDF to keep a file; Whole year makes a twelve-page PDF with one month on each page.
The calendar opens on the current month with the week starting on the day your country uses, read from your browser: Sunday in the United States, Monday in most of Europe, Saturday in several Arab countries. Month and weekday names come from the browser's own language data, so the Spanish, Arabic, Bengali or Polish page prints its names correctly. US Letter is chosen for the United States, Canada and Mexico and A4 for everyone else, and both can be changed.
Holidays are added only where the law sets them by fixed rules that can be worked out for any year: United States federal holidays, the nine holidays kept in every German state, France's eleven jours fériés and Poland's statutory days off, including Christmas Eve from 2025. Dates that move with Easter are calculated with the Gregorian Easter rule. Countries whose holidays depend on the moon or on a yearly government notice, such as India or the Gulf states, are left out on purpose rather than printed wrong. Holiday names appear in the country's own language.
Choose margins of None or Default and a scale of 100 per cent in the print dialog, so the grid fills the sheet. Lines for notes adds up to 8 ruled lines under the grid. Every page is drawn in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
For the holidays alone as a list, see the Federal Holiday Calendar. To count the working days between two dates, use the Business Days Calculator.
Choose the month and year, leave Print set to This month and press Print. In the print dialog set the scale to 100 per cent and the margins to None or Default so the grid fills the sheet. Download PDF saves the same page as a file to print later or share.
Yes. Choose Whole year and press Download 12-page PDF or Print. Each month gets its own page at the paper size and orientation you picked, with the same week start, holidays and note lines. Any year from 1900 to 2200 can be printed, leap years included.
Tap Monday under Week starts on. The calendar first uses the week your browser's country uses, Sunday in the United States and Monday in most of Europe, and remembers your choice next time. Saturday is offered too, as used in Egypt and several Gulf countries.
United States federal holidays, Germany's nine nationwide holidays, France's eleven jours fériés and Poland's statutory days off. Their dates follow fixed rules in law, including Easter-based days, so they can be calculated for any year. Holidays that depend on the moon or a yearly notice, like India's, are not offered.
Choose US Letter, 8.5 by 11 inches, in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Philippines, and A4, 210 by 297 millimetres, almost everywhere else. The tool picks the usual size for your country. Printing A4 on Letter paper, or the reverse, shrinks or crops the edges slightly.
No. The calendar and the PDF are made in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and there is no account or watermark. Each page is drawn at 200 dots per inch, which prints sharply, and month names in any language appear exactly as they look on screen.
Rates and rules change; check the source before you rely on a figure.
