Draw your signature and save it at the exact size and KB an exam form asks for
Processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Updated on 24 Oct 2026.Draw, type or upload your signature, pick the exam or the use, and download it at the exact size checked. IBPS and SBI get 140×60 pixels between 10 and 20 KB; UPSC at least 350×150 named signature. Documents and email get a transparent PNG. Nothing is uploaded.
Sign in the Draw box with a mouse or finger, or use Type for your name or Upload for a scanned signature.
Under Exam form, pick the exam, such as IBPS and SBI for 140×60 px at 10 KB to 20 KB.
Set Stroke weight to Automatic or Bolder so the line stays dark at a small size.
Check the size and KB shown under the preview, then press Download to save the file to your device.
Most people fail an exam portal's signature upload for one of two reasons: the picture is the wrong number of pixels, or the file is the wrong number of kilobytes. A clean signature at 140 by 60 pixels usually comes out at about 4 KB, and the IBPS portal refuses anything under 10.
This page makes the signature and meets both numbers at once. Draw it with a mouse, trackpad or finger; type your name; or upload a photo of it signed on paper, with the white of the paper removed. Then pick where it is going.
Exam forms. The sizes and bands are read from each notice, with the date they were read: IBPS and SBI want exactly 140×60 pixels at 10 to 20 KB, UPSC at least 350×150 at 20 to 100 KB and a file named signature, SSC 6 by 2 centimetres at 10 to 20 KB, the railways at least 140×60 at 30 to 49 KB, and NTA for JEE Main and NEET a size of your choosing at 10 to 100 KB. The file is a white-background JPEG at the highest quality that fits under the ceiling; if it is still under the floor, blank space is added inside the file, not a single pixel changed.
Thin lines. A line drawn on a large pad and shrunk to 60 pixels high comes out grey and broken, which is exactly what a reviewer rejects as illegible. The page thickens strokes automatically when the size would thin them, and shows the result at the real size before you download it.
Documents and email. Choose a transparent PNG instead, and the signature sits on a Word page, a PDF or an email with nothing around the ink.
Everything happens in your browser. The signature is drawn, sized and saved on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Draw or upload your signature and choose IBPS and SBI. The page writes exactly 140 by 60 pixels as a white JPEG at the highest quality that fits under 20 KB, and if the file is still under 10 KB it adds blank space inside the file, without changing a pixel.
A plain black signature on white compresses to almost nothing, often 3 or 4 KB at 140 by 60 pixels, and portals such as IBPS refuse anything under 10 KB. This page raises the file size to the floor with padding the portal ignores, so the picture stays exactly the same.
At least 350 by 150 pixels, between 20 and 100 KB, as a JPEG named signature. The instruction sheet also asks for the signature three times, one below the other, so sign three times in the box. Choose UPSC and the download is already named signature.jpg.
Yes. Choose Documents or Email, or set the background to transparent under Custom, and you get a PNG with nothing around the ink, ready for Word, Google Docs, a PDF or an email signature. Exam portals want a white JPEG, so exam presets always use white.
Leave stroke weight on Automatic, which thickens the line when the size would thin it below a pixel and a half, or choose Bolder. The preview shows the signature at the exact size that will be saved, so what you see is what the portal will get.
No. Drawing, sizing and saving all happen in this browser tab on your own device. The signature is never sent to a server, and nothing is kept once you close the page, apart from your chosen settings.
