Arrange photos in a neat square grid for an Instagram post
Processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Updated on 25 Oct 2026.A photo grid puts several pictures in equal tiles on one square, the format an Instagram post shows best. Four photos make a 2 by 2 grid, nine make 3 by 3, and an odd number stretches the last row so there is never an empty hole.
Choose 4, 6 or 9 photos with Select images; the grid fills itself on a square canvas.
Switch the Shape to Portrait 4:5 if you want the post to fill more of the feed.
Drag photos onto each other to change the order, and round the Corners if you like.
Press Download collage and post the single image.
The grid is saved at 1080 pixels or larger, built on your device without uploading anything.
Collage Maker turns a handful of photos into one image you can post, send or print. Add the pictures and a collage appears straight away; every change after that shows at once on the preview.
Five layouts: Grid, which picks the number of columns that keeps each tile closest to square; Side by side; Stacked; Large left; and Large top, where the first photo takes the big cell and the rest share the remaining space. A short last row is stretched across, so a grid never has an empty hole.
Everything runs in your browser and the photos never leave your device. To cut a single photo to a shape first, use Crop Image; to print several copies of one photo on a sheet, use Photo Print Sheet; to make a PDF of the photos instead, use Image to PDF.

Open Collage Maker, press Select images and choose 2 to 12 photos. The collage appears at once in a grid; pick another layout or shape if you like, then press Download collage. There is no account, no watermark and no upload, because the collage is drawn in your own browser.
An Instagram post works best as Square 1:1 at 1080 × 1080 pixels or Portrait 4:5 at 1080 × 1350, which fills more of the feed. A Story is 9:16 at 1080 × 1920. Choose the matching Shape and the collage is laid out for it; full resolution can save it larger.
Yes. Spacing sets the gap between photos and around the edge, from none to a thick border, and the colour picker sets its colour; white and black are the common choices. Corners rounds every photo, from square to fully rounded tiles. Both scale with the canvas.
No. Collage Maker draws the collage on a canvas inside your browser, so the photos never leave your device and nothing is stored. Up to 12 photos of up to 50 MB each are accepted, including JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC from an iPhone.
