Print a spreadsheet to PDF that fits the page, header on every page
Processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Updated on 24 Oct 2026.Printing a spreadsheet usually splits the columns across pages in the worst possible place. This fits the sheet to the page and repeats the header row on every one, so a long table stays readable. One workbook up to 50 MB, rendered in your browser.
Press Select an Excel file and choose the workbook, then pick the Sheet.
Choose the Page size and Orientation, and Fit to width so every column fits.
Turn on Repeat the header on every page, Gridlines or Page numbers as needed.
Press Convert to PDF, check the preview and press Download .pdf; nothing is uploaded.
Excel to PDF lays out a sheet of an .xlsx workbook as a clean table on PDF pages. Pick a sheet or the whole workbook, choose the page size and orientation, and download a PDF with the header row repeated on every page, optional gridlines, and page numbers at the bottom.
The usual reasons: sending a price list, a timetable or an invoice register to someone who should not edit it, attaching a statement to a loan or visa application, or printing a sheet that Excel keeps splitting across pages. The most common complaint about printing spreadsheets is the last column spilling onto its own page. Here, Fit to width scales the table down to the page (never below half size), then wraps the widest columns if it still does not fit. Sheets that are wider than a portrait page are suggested in landscape. Actual size keeps the text full size and moves the extra columns to further pages instead.
The workbook is read and the PDF is written in your browser, so nothing is uploaded. Numbers keep their Excel formats, such as thousands separators, decimals, percentages and currency; dates are printed as 2024-01-15. Hidden rows and columns are left out, as Excel prints them. Up to 20,000 rows and 50 MB.
What is simplified, said plainly: charts, images and shapes are not included; conditional formatting, colours, borders and fonts become one tidy table style; merged cells show their value in the first cell; and the built-in font draws Latin text only, so Hindi or Chinese appear as question marks and the rupee sign prints as Rs. For a page-perfect copy of a heavily designed sheet, use Excel's own Save as PDF. Excel to CSV and CSV to Excel handle the data side.
A .csv or .tsv file works here too, and the CSV to PDF page is this same tool. Delimited text is parsed first: quoted fields, commas inside quotes and line breaks within a cell are read as one value rather than split. A CSV has no formatting to lose, so the only choices left are the page ones.
Drop the .xlsx file on the page, choose the sheet, page size and orientation, and click Convert to PDF. The table is fitted to the page width with the header on every page. No signup, no watermark and no upload.
Keep Fit to width on. The table is scaled down until every column fits the page, and the widest columns wrap if needed. Wide sheets are suggested in landscape. If you would rather keep full-size text, choose Actual size and the extra columns continue on further pages.
Yes, and it is on by default. The first row of the sheet is drawn in bold at the top of every page, so a long list stays readable when printed. Switch it off if your sheet has no header row.
No. This converter prints cell values as a clean table. Charts, images and shapes are left out, and conditional formatting, colours and borders are simplified. For an exact copy of a designed sheet, use Save as PDF in Excel itself.
No. The workbook is read and the PDF is built by code running in your browser, on your own device. Salary sheets, statements and client lists never reach a server, and the page keeps working offline once loaded.
.xlsx files up to 50 MB and 20,000 rows per conversion. Old .xls files must be saved as .xlsx first. The built-in font covers Latin text, so Hindi or Chinese characters print as question marks and the rupee sign prints as Rs.
Yes. Drop a .csv or .tsv file and the rows are parsed into a table, then laid out on PDF pages with the first row repeated as a header. Quotes, commas and line breaks inside a field are handled. A CSV carries no fonts, colours or charts, so nothing of that kind is lost on the way.
Excel ko PDF me badlein: drop the .xlsx, choose the sheet, page size and orientation, then convert. Fit to width scales the table so no column is cut off, and the header row repeats on every page. Charts, images and colours are left out. Up to 50 MB and 20,000 rows per conversion.
