How much holiday. Section 4 gives 5 weeks of paid holiday in each holiday year, which runs from 1 September to 31 August. Section 5 says it is earned at 2.08 days for each month of employment, so twelve months give 24.96 days.
Hourly and other employees. Section 16(2) gives every employee who is not salaried a holiday allowance, feriegodtgørelse, of 12.5% of the pay. On 360,000 kr. that is 45,000 kr.
Salaried employees. Section 16(1) covers employees hired monthly or for longer who have full pay on public holidays and sick days. They keep their usual salary during the holiday and get a holiday supplement, ferietillæg, of 1% of the pay: 3,600 kr. on 360,000 kr. Under section 16(3) such an employee may ask, before the holiday year starts, for 12% feriegodtgørelse instead.
Leaving a job. Section 16(4) says an employee who leaves gets feriegodtgørelse under section 19 for earned paid holiday not taken. Use the 12.5% rule with the pay for that period.
What counts as pay. Section 19 counts every taxable wage amount, the employee's own pension contributions and the labour-market contribution (AM-bidrag), but not holiday pay itself.

An employee who is not salaried gets feriegodtgørelse of 12.5% of the pay earned, under section 16(2) of the Holiday Act. A salaried employee keeps the salary during holiday and gets a ferietillæg of 1%. On 360,000 kr. the two come to 45,000 kr. and 3,600 kr.
Section 5 of the Holiday Act gives 2.08 days of paid holiday for each month of employment, and 0.07 days for each day when employment is shorter than a month. Twelve months give 24.96 days, close to the 5 weeks that section 4 sets for each holiday year.
Feriegodtgørelse is 12.5% of the pay and replaces the wage during holiday for hourly and other employees. Ferietillæg is 1% of the pay paid on top of the normal salary to salaried employees hired monthly with full pay on public holidays and sick days.
Section 16(3) lets a salaried employee ask, before the holiday year begins, for feriegodtgørelse of 12% of the pay in the holiday year instead of salary during holiday and the 1% ferietillæg. On 360,000 kr. that is 43,200 kr.
Section 16(4) gives an employee who leaves feriegodtgørelse under section 19 for the paid holiday earned and not taken. That is 12.5% of the pay behind those days, so choose the 12.5% rule and type the pay for the period the untaken holiday was earned in.
Section 19 computes feriegodtgørelse on every taxable wage amount and adds the employee's own pension contributions, the labour-market contribution (AM-bidrag) and contributions to employee investment companies. Type the gross pay before AM-bidrag and before your own pension contribution.
